Tax-advantaged Inflation Protection
For one of the nation's largest financial-services firms, S.Crow Collateral Corp. devised a federally guaranteed retail investment product for both complete inflation protection and tax deferral until maturity. We obtained clean tax opinions from national accounting and legal firms, and we obtained commitments from several of the largest national investment-banking firms for investment of the proceeds of retail sales of the product.
By that time, our client projected annual sales of $600 million or more for the product.
